best to provide as much information about each site as possible. Please

ABOUT THE SITE
Waterville Valley Resort is nestled in the scenic White Mountains in Waterville Valley, New Hampshire just 130 miles north of Boston.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
It is expected that attendees will arrive/check-in on Sunday between 2:00 pm & 6:00 pm.
THE MEETING ROOM AND POSTER AREA
Science Sessions are held in the air-conditioned Waterville Valley Room located in the Waterville Valley Conference Center.
Poster Sessions and Socials are held in the air-conditioned White Mountain Room located in the Waterville Valley Conference Center.
ON-SITE HOUSING / FACILITIES
Conferees are accommodated in the air-conditioned Town Square Condominiums, the Golden Eagle Lodge, and the Snowy Owl Inn. Each Town Square Condominium includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the Golden Eagle Lodge and the Snowy Owl Inn, accommodations include two single bedrooms with one full bathroom.
DINING AREA / MEALS
All Meals will be served in the air-conditioned dining room at the Waterville Valley Conference Center. Vegetarian entrees are available at all meals and kosher meals are available only if the request is made in advance of the meeting.
INTERNET, PHONE AND COMPUTER ACCESS
The Conference Center and the Town Square is completely wireless for internet access. The Snowy Owl Inn has wireless access in all of their rooms. The Golden Eagle Lodge has wireless but charges a fee for 24 hour access.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY
The site is fully handicapped accessible.
ON-SITE RECREATION
Facilities at Waterville Valley include hiking, fishing, swimming, canoeing, golfing, tennis courts, mountain biking, in-line skating and full use of the White Mountain Athletic Club.
OTHER INFORMATION
Animals are not permitted on site.
All GRC facilities are smoke free.
