ABOUT THE SITE
Holderness is located in the heart of New Hampshire's Lakes Region just 112 miles from Boston. The campus includes 600 acres of woodlands, open fields, trails, streams, a river and ponds. The town of Plymouth is only a short distance from the campus and the White Mountain region is less than an hour drive up Route 93.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
It is expected that attendees will arrive/check-in on Sunday between 2:00 pm & 6:00 p.m. Anyone arriving after the GRC office closes at 9:00 pm on Sunday must make alternative housing arrangements.
THE MEETING ROOM AND POSTER AREA
Science Sessions are held in the air-conditioned Hagerman Science Building.

Poster Sessions and Socials are held in the Weld Hall Multipurpose Community Center.
ON-SITE HOUSING / FACILITIES
GRC participants are housed in dorm rooms with twin beds and shared bathrooms down the hall. The rooms do not have locks and are not air-conditioned but fans are available in all the rooms. Linens, towels, soap and a drinking cup are provided in each room.
DINING AREA / MEALS
All Meals will be served in Weld Hall Dining Room. Vegetarian entrees are available at all meals. Kosher meals are available only if the request is made in advance of the meeting.
INTERNET, PHONE AND COMPUTER ACCESS
Wireless internet service is available throughout campus and there is a computer lab in Hagerman Hall for use by GRC attendees.
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY
The site is fully handicapped accessible.
ON-SITE RECREATION
Opportunities for croquet, volleyball, tennis softball, hiking, swimming, fishing and biking are available on campus.
OTHER INFORMATION
Animals are not permitted on site.

All GRC facilities are smoke free.
