Registration and Reservations
Individuals wishing to attend a Conference must complete an online application via the GRC Web Page. If you are unable to submit an application online, fax and email versions are also available (contact us
for more details).
It is important that applications be submitted as soon as possible in order to receive prompt consideration by the Conference Chair; this is particularly important for Conferences which are customarily oversubscribed.
Applications should be submitted via the web. Applicants are admitted to a Conference by the Chair based on the information provided on the application. Applications are encouraged from all scientists active in the research area of the Conference.
Gordon Research Conferences admits scientifically qualified conferees of any sex, age, race, color and national origin.
Attendance at each Conference is limited to approximately 135 conferees.
The Director will submit the applications for a Conference to the Chair for review and selection of conferees in order to assemble a scientifically-excellent and diverse group. Many Conferences are oversubscribed.
Each conferee who is accepted must complete his/her registration promptly so as not to penalize other scientists on a waiting list who would like to attend the Conference.
If you are accepted, please complete your registration immediately with payment to assure your attendance and accommodations.
Registrations not completed two weeks before the meeting may be released to individuals on the waiting list. If you arrive at a Conference without having prepaid your registration, and there are already 135 conferees, it is possible you will not be admitted to the meeting.
