Bylaw V:
Conference Meetings
SECTION 1. DURATION
Individual conferences shall not meet for more than one calendar week per year.
SECTION 2. SITES
The Director, with the concurrence of the Board of Trustees, shall select suitable host organizations to provide suitable meeting sites.
SECTION 3. ADMISSION TO CONFERENCE MEETINGS
All conferences shall hold closed sessions, to which only regularly accepted members, identified by badges issued by the Director, are admitted.
