Contribution Guidelines

When an Industrial or Private Organization agrees to contribute funds to your Conference, please provide them with the information on this page. Following these guidelines will ensure the contribution is processed as quickly and easily as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION
When sending a check and/or cover letter to GRC, please be sure the specific Conference Name is clearly stated.
A cover letter should be included with the contribution. If the contributor does not specifically state that the funds can be used at the "Chairs' discretion", then the funds can only be used for conference fees and/or travel support of participants.
GRC is a registered 501(C) (3) non-profit organization. If you need our Federal ID#, please contact the GRC office.
Once a contribution is processed, an acknowledgement letter will be sent to the contributor with a copy to the corresponding Chair.

Please make checks payable to "Gordon Research Conferences", and mail to the address below:

PAYMENT METHODS (CREDIT CARD)
For credit card contributions, please forward the following information via Fax or email:
  • Visa/Mastercard #
  • Expiration date
  • Name (as it appears on the card)
  • Conference title
  • Contribution amount
  • Authorization from the cardholder.
PAYMENT METHODS (BANK WIRE)
For bank wire contributions, please contact the GRC office for account details.
Note: The name of the conference must be clearly stated within the description/text area of the wire. Without this information, it is difficult, if not impossible to properly identify and process the contribution.
Also, please be aware your wire transaction may pass through one or more banks before reaching our account. In many instances, the bank(s) deduct a transaction fee. In these instances, when a fee or fees have been deducted, the amount deposited in our account reflects the deduction(s).
